How can I start using PayStation?
To get started with PayStation, please follow the steps below:
Visit the PayStation website, click on Client Registration and complete your profile.
Upon further validation by the PayStation team, your account will be activated.
Now, log in to the merchant home page using your credentials.
Yes, you can use PayStation to start collecting payments even if you do not have a website or an app. You can use the PayStation Payment Gateway dashboard to generate a payment link and share the link to accept payments. You can also generate multiple payment links for each order, event, or campaign and manage the payments.
Once you go for registration to PayStation merchant account you need to share business details along with scanned copies of the business documents.
Individual Proprietorship Firm
- National ID Card
- Trade License/ Business Registration Proof
- Tax Identification Number (Optional)
- Bank Details (Bank Name, account No, Branch Name, Routing No), Canceled Cheque OR Bank Account Statement
Partnership Firm
- Business Address Proof: If the firm is registered under the firm's name then the firm registration certificate
- Business Registration Proof - Depending on the business type
- TIN, BIN, Partnership resolution
- Bank Details (Bank Name, account No, Branch Name, Routing No), Canceled Cheque OR Bank Account Statement
- Partners Details (NID, TIN, Photograph etc.)
Private Limited Company/Limited Liability Partnership Firm
- Business Address Proof: Certificate of Incorporation, MoA & AoA, Bank account statement with name of company/firm and address, BIN certificate (Any one)
- Canceled Cheque OR Bank Account Statement
- Business Registration Proof: Certificate of Incorporation
- TIN, BIN, Board resolution
When you create an account on PayStation, our team does a business background check including your website and any paid ads. To speed up the account activation, please ensure that your website is live and all the following details are mentioned on the website.

As a business policy, PayStation does not support businesses that deal in certain prohibited items (listed below). If your business deals in any such items, PayStation Payment Gateway account will not be activated in such a scenario.
Once you create an account, you need to verify your email ID, update all the details, and upload the scanned copies of the required documents.
Our payment expert will call you within 2 working hours of account creation to understand your requirement. Once we have updated the right contact details so that the payment expert can reach you.
Your account will be activated within 24-48 working hours once all documents are verified.
Yes, With PayStation Payment Gateway you can accept payments using a wide range of options as available on our website.
Answer: PayStation offers you the fastest settlement cycle. By default the settlement cycle will be T+2 working days, which means a payment captured on Monday, will be credited to your account on Wednesday i.e three working days.
